🔁 Return Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Return:

  • Item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used IPL devices unless they are defective

Non-returnable items:

  • Products showing signs of wear, use, or damage

  • Final sale or promotional items (unless defective)

💸 Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about your refund status.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

  • Refunds are issued only after the item has been received and inspected by our warehouse

⚠️ Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need an exchange, email us at sp@91gskin.com within 7 days of receiving the product.

  2. We'll send you a Return Authorization and instructions

  3. Pack the item securely and ship to the address provided

  4. Once received, we'll process your refund/exchange promptly
